The goalkeeper situation is currently occupying Eintracht Frankfurt and head coach Adi Hütter.

As various media outlets reported in recent days, SGE, in the person of Noah Atubolu, wants to sign a new starting goalkeeper from SC Freiburg. At the same time, the future of Kaua Santos (previous number one) and Michael Zetterer (number two) is at least questionable.

Thus, a few days ago, there were reports that Zetterer was facing a move to Leeds United. His agent, Nico Pellatz, was very surprised by this. "A move is currently out of the question for him," he told "Bild".

In Leeds at the weekend

According to "kicker", the German goalkeeper was nevertheless in Leeds last weekend. After this visit, Zetterer is now said to be open to moving to the Premier League club.

Leeds is reportedly set to pay five million euros to Frankfurt. Eintracht paid the same amount to Werder Bremen last summer.

Zetterer's role would remain the same in England: at Leeds, he would be planned as number two behind starting goalkeeper James Trafford, who arrived for 46.7 million euros at the beginning of August.
