Die TSG Hoffenheim und RB Leipzig standen zuletzt in Gesprächen über einen potenziellen Wechsel von Fisnik Asllani. Dieser Transfer kommt aufgrund medizinischer Bedenken, die RB Leipzig angemeldet hatte, nicht zustande.

The center forward was actually supposed to transfer to league rival RB Leipzig. However, the transfer failed at the last minute.
Fisnik Asllani will also play for TSG Hoffenheim in the upcoming season.
As the club announced on Friday, the former Austria striker will not be moving to RB Leipzig.
The Kosovan had already completed his medical examination in Salzburg on Thursday and was then supposed to travel on to Leipzig's training camp in Saalfelden. There, he was expected to sign a contract until 2031.
However, at the last minute, RB Leipzig surprisingly pulled the plug and did not activate the agreed-upon release clause of 25 million euros. The reason for this, as TSG Hoffenheim announced in a statement, were medical concerns.
Schicker defends Asllani
TSG coach Christian Ilzer can therefore continue to count on one of Hoffenheim's most important players from last season.
Asllani significantly contributed to the strong performance in the German Bundesliga with 21 scorer points (11 goals, 10 assists).
"Fisnik has undergone a remarkable development at TSG. The fact that this transfer is now not happening is anything but bad news for us from a sporting perspective. It is absolutely clear to us that Fisnik can perform at the highest level physically and athletically," commented TSG Managing Director Andreas Schicker on the 23-year-old's stay in a press release.
"We stand by our player. Fisnik significantly contributed to our success last season, completed pre-season training at his usual high level, and will train with the team again starting next week," he added.
