Jesse Marsch Celebrates Dream Debut as U20 Head Coach

To get to know Canada's youth prospects early, the former Salzburg coach is managing the U20 team at the CONCACAF Championships. The tournament serves as qualification for the U20 World Cup and the 2028 Summer Olympics.
3-0 Victory on Debut
Marsch aims to implement his playing philosophy into the youth setup early and get to know the talents better. At the same time, he remains the head coach of the Canadian senior national team.
In the opening match against Panama, Marsch immediately shone in his U20 head coach debut. Sunday's game ended 3-0. Honduras and Jamaica are still waiting in the group.
