Lukas Jungwirth
90 Minutes
An excursion in the opening minutes went awry, Andrade cleared (6'). Afterwards, his uncertainty was still somewhat noticeable. Before the break, he made a good save against Wirtz (45').
In the 70th minute, he was chipped by Barcola, but Tornich saved. Shortly after, the ball slipped through his legs for Koumas' goal (72').
Xavier Mbuyamba
90 Minutes
The Dutch-born player had a poor game. He failed to win duels and was sometimes far from his opponents. This was evident, for example, during Koumas' offside goal (31') and Barcola's 3-0 (37').
In the closing stages, he at least won one foot race, using his body skillfully (85').
Joao Tornich
90 Minutes
As a central defender, he was one of the most stable players in the LASK team. Thanks to his good positioning, he was able to clear the ball several times, but for the 0-3, the Brazilian was too far from Barcola (37').
In the second half, which he approached with a slightly more offensive mindset, he saved Barcola's chip (70'). He was involved in LASK's 3-6 with an attacking run (78'). Shortly before the end, he had a header chance (88') and made a good slide tackle to secure the ball (90').
Andres Andrade (Captain)
90 Minutes
The captain was alert during Jungwirth's early excursion (6'). Shortly after, he cleared well with a header (10'). Subsequently, however, he struggled in duels; he couldn't stop Ngumoha before the 0-2 (24').
His sloppy pass in the build-up led to the 1-6 (72'), and in that situation, he also played the opponent onside. In the final minutes, he did manage one or two good actions.
Kasper Jörgensen
until the 45th minute
In the early stages, the Dane frequently joined offensive plays on the right flank. Afterwards, he had major problems, particularly against Barcola. Before the 0-1, he lost the aerial duel against Araujo (22').
Coach Kühbauer took him off, leaving him in the dressing room at halftime.
Yvan Dibango
90 Minutes
Dibango replaced the injured Bello and was the man of the second half with three assists! Before the goal to make it 3-6, he showed great strength to get past his direct opponent Frimpong (78').
However, the Dutchman in LFC's service also caused problems for the LASK winger.
Melayro Bogarde
until the 62nd minute
The midfielder didn't see much of the ball against the "Reds," with only 24 touches. This was because LASK often bypassed the midfield in their build-up play. Off the ball, he also failed to exert a significant presence in conjunction with Schöpf.
Shortly after the break, he made a good run, but didn't get the foul he was looking for (55'). After about an hour, he made way for Ljubicic, who scored a few seconds later.
Alessandro Schöpf
until the 71st minute
The veteran made his first international starting eleven appearance of the current season on Wednesday evening, worked diligently, and had one or two high ball recoveries.
However, in defensive actions deep in his own half, he was not a decisive factor. Schöpf won only one of five ground duels. He left the field after about 70 minutes, visibly exhausted.
Krystof Danek
90 Minutes
The young Czech made his starting debut in the "Champions League" and was particularly sought out with long balls in the first few minutes. He was always busy, won three of his four ground duels, and forced Alisson into a save with a shot to the near post after about an hour (61').
He also pressed well in the final sprint (84') and remained on the field until the final whistle. However, he did not have a decisive impact on the game, thus being denied a goal or assist.
Christoph Lang
until the 82nd minute
Was more of a left midfielder against the ball and not to be found at the top of the attack. He thus supported Dibango defensively and also had several ball recoveries.
Lang also secured one or two second balls. His shot in the 49th minute whistled just wide of the left post. He worked diligently, but also remained without a goal or assist.
Samuel Adeniran
90 Minutes
Returned to the starting eleven against the "Reds" and needed a few minutes to get into the game. He too rarely showcased his strengths, essentially only in two scenes, both against young LFC defender Jacqeut (49', 54').
In transition situations, he lacked technical precision. After 71 minutes, he made way for Kalajdzic.
Florian Flecker
from the 46th minute
Can be pleased about a brace against Liverpool! After his introduction, he was immediately danced around by Barcola (47'), and the ex-PSG player also evaded him at the far post to complete his hat-trick (66').
But Flecker constantly sprinted forward into the penalty area and ultimately rewarded himself with two goals.
Robert Ljubicic
from the 62nd minute
Needed only a few seconds after his substitution to score the temporary 1-4 goal. It was LASK's first Champions League goal and Ljubicic's second in the competition. He had previously scored for Dinamo Zagreb.
In the 86th minute, he played a good through ball to the also substituted Kane, but otherwise, he didn't make many notable contributions.
Daniel Elfadli
from the 71st minute, Yellow Card
Did not have too much influence on the game. In the 80th minute, he was clearly late for a tackle on Ngumoha and received a yellow card.
Sasa Kalajdzic
from the 71st minute
Before LASK's temporary 2-6, the striker provided a strong flick-on. Apart from that, he didn't particularly stand out.
Nael Kane
from the 82nd minute
The Canadian youngster showed positive flashes with one or two dribbles. He was on the pitch too short a time for a full rating.
