The 22-year-old centre-back is thus likely to succeed Jeyland Mitchell, who was reportedly sold to Strasbourg for eight million euros.
18 Appearances Last Season
Quarshie is a current Germany U21 international and moved to Southampton from TSG Hoffenheim in summer 2025 for 3.5 million euros. He made 18 appearances on the pitch for the Championship club last season.
The 1.96-meter tall centre-back comes from the Schalke youth academy and joined TSG via Düsseldorf and Essen. In between, he also played for Düsseldorf and Greuther Fürth on loan.
