Rapid Also Untroubled in Second ÖFB-Cup Round
Although the Green-Whites had to wait until just before halftime for a goal at Wienerberg, the Hütteldorfers never had to fear for their progression.
With SK Rapid, the last Bundesliga club also makes it into the second round of the UNIQA ÖFB-Cup.
The Hütteldorfers conclude their opening match with a 3-0 victory against Regionalliga-Ost promoted side SV Wienerberg.
Compared to the away game in Andorra, the guests' starting XI was changed in nine positions, but the rotation did not alter the expected course of the game. Haidara scored from an offside position after nine minutes for only a presumed lead.
Rapid rarely created clear-cut chances in the first half, but just before the halftime whistle, Adamsen still scored to make it 1-0 (45.+1).
It was also the Danish newcomer who bagged a brace after the restart (53.) and definitively set the course.
Adamsen eventually provided the assist for Haidara's third goal (65.).
