The second-division team suffered a 1-2 away defeat against SV Leithaprodersdorf.
After just 20 minutes, the underdog celebrated for the first time. Following a mistake by the Lower Austrians in the build-up play, Markhardt made good ground and beat goalkeeper Steinbauer.
Despite Admira's chances, Leithaprodersdorf continued to play bravely and was rewarded after half an hour with the 2-0 goal by Beran, who slotted a low cross into the net.
Admira pulls one back
After the break, the favourite finally made their mark. Lorint laid the ball off to Sandro Steiner, who pulled one back.
Admira failed to score another goal in the second half, which was marked by many fouls. Thus, it remained a 2-1 victory for the outsiders.
