Another player from partner club Tochigi City transfers to Schwarz-Weiß Bregenz.
Schwarz-Weiß Bregenz has signed another player from Tochigi City.
With Genta Omotehara, an experienced midfielder moves to the Ländle. After goalkeeper Peter Kwame Aizawa and striker Keita Saito, he is already the third new signing to transfer from the Japanese partner club to the Vorarlberg capital.
The 30-year-old attacking player, who played for Vissel Kobe in his youth, has been under contract with Tochigi since 2022 and achieved promotion with the team from the fourth to the second league.
Omotehara has made a total of 109 appearances in the J2 League, but he did not feature in the past season.
In Bregenz, the attacking midfielder, who has already participated in pre-season training with the second-division club, signs a contract until summer 2027.
