Raimann's star teammate arrested!
The wide receiver, who only recently started playing for the Indianapolis Colts, was caught drunk driving.
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen was arrested on Sunday for drunk driving.
The 34-year-old was detained at the Marion County Arrestee Processing Center.
The offenses listed in the arrest records are operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated – endangering persons.
"We are aware of the incident involving Keenan Allen last night," the Colts said in a statement. "We are in the process of gathering more information and have no further comment at this time."
One of the Best in His Field
The Colts officially signed Allen to a one-year contract only on August 19. Before that, he made a name for himself as one of the best receivers in the NFL. As a player for the Los Angeles Chargers, he was selected to the Pro Bowl six times.
Last season, Allen had 81 receptions for 777 yards and four touchdowns in 17 games for the Chargers.
He ranks 13th in NFL history in receptions (1,055), 33rd in yards (12,051), and 52nd in touchdown catches (70).
