Another loss for Marco Rossi and the Vancouver Canucks in the NHL!

In their ninth game of the season, the Canadians were defeated 2-3 in overtime by the Florida Panthers. The 25-year-old played 13:35 minutes on the ice but did not register any points.

It was particularly bitter as Vancouver led 2-0 for over 50 minutes—goals from Liam Ohgren (8th minute) and Elias Pettersson (18th minute) gave the Canucks the lead in the first period.

Tkachuk turns game around with a hat-trick

In the 52nd minute, Brady Tkachuk scored to cut the deficit for the Panthers. Just 13 seconds before the end, he forced overtime with his goal to make it 2-2, and Tkachuk then completed his hat-trick just over two and a half minutes into overtime to turn the game around.

For Rossi and Vancouver, it's their seventh loss of the season, and their first in overtime. This defeat at least earns them one point.

Red Wings win without Kasper

The Detroit Red Wings continue to play without Marco Kasper.

Against the Philadelphia Flyers, they came back from a 0-1 deficit to secure a 2-1 victory. Matvei Michkov initially put the Flyers ahead towards the end of the first period (18th minute), before Anton Johansson equalized for Detroit (25th minute).

In the final period, Andrew Copp scored the game-winning goal (56th minute), giving the Red Wings their second win of the season.
