The Klagenfurt team is still in preparation and most recently suffered a 1-3 defeat in a test match against Saskatchewan from Canada. Before that, the Carinthians won 5-2 against the Vienna Capitals.
The Boxers from Bordeaux were French champions last season and thus qualified for the CHL. The domestic league has not yet started.
