Inter Miami mourns with Messi
Already on Sunday night (CEST), Inter Miami faced Monterrey at home in the second match of the tournament. The guests defeated Inter 2-1.
However, the match was entirely overshadowed by sadness following the death of Lionel Messi's father, Jorge. In addition to a minute's silence, all players wore black armbands.
Messi himself is already in Argentina, where his father's funeral took place on Sunday.
