Two Former Salzburg Players Make Golden Boy Shortlist
Two former ADMIRAL Bundesliga players are on the final shortlist for the Golden Boy award. However, other talents are considered among the top favourites.
Former Salzburg players Joane Gadou and Kerim Alajbegovic have made it into the top 25 for the "Golden Boy" award.
The award recognizes Europe's greatest talents. In recent years, Desire Doue, Lamine Yamal, Jude Bellingham, Gavi, and Pedri, among others, have secured the prestigious award.
Gadou now plays for Dortmund, while Alajbegovic plays in Serie A for Juventus.
Diomande Boasts Highest Market Value at 120 Million Euros
Besides Gadou, Lennart Karl (Bayern), Konstantinos Karetsas (BVB), Said El Mala (Köln), and Finn Jeltsch (Stuttgart) are also nominated from the German Bundesliga.
However, the main favourites include Pau Cubarsi (FC Barcelona), Yan Diomande (RB Salzburg), Ayyoub Bouaddi (Manchester City), Estevao (Chelsea), Warren Zaire-Emery (PSG), Luka Vuskovic (Brighton), Junior Kroupi and Rayan (both Bournemouth), and Victor Froholdt (Porto).
The top 25 are completed by Myles Lewis-Skelly (Arsenal), Endrick (Real Madrid), Gianluca Prestianni (Benfica), Jorrel Hato (Chelsea), Jon Martin (Real Sociedad), Charalampos Kastoulas (Brighton), Franco Mastantuono (Fiorentina), Rodrigo Mora (AS Roma), as well as Marc Bernal and Xavi Espart (both Barcelona).
