Professional Foul! Danso Sent Off After 17 Minutes
The centre-back is sent to the showers after just a few minutes.
A bitter afternoon for Kevin Danso!
The Austrian international is sent off with a straight red card after just 17 minutes in Sunderland's Premier League away game against AFC Bournemouth.
As the last man, the centre-back miscontrols a ball and subsequently brings down Bournemouth striker Evanilson. Referee Craig Pawson shows a direct red.
For Danso, it is his first red card since May 2023, when he received a straight red for Lens after 19 minutes.
