Four Goals at the U21 EUROs
The Mainz native was considered a great attacking talent in recent years, who also had good moments repeatedly in the German top flight. However, the 1.92 m tall striker has not yet been able to establish himself consistently. In the past Bundesliga season, he only accumulated 1,150 minutes of play in 34 matches and scored just two goals.
However, Weiper has been able to impress so far in the jersey of the DFB's U21 selection: At the 2025 European Championship, he fired his nation to the final with four goals and one assist.
