According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the 21-year-old is highly sought after by French top-flight club Racing Strasbourg.
The French club is said to have already submitted an initial offer of five million euros to the Graz side. The club has also reportedly reached a verbal agreement with the player's representatives.
Mitchell arrived in Austria from Feyenoord on loan in the summer of 2025. This summer, the vice-champion permanently signed the Costa Rican for 1.8 million euros. Now he could be moving to France.
