A bitter outing for Michael Gregoritsch!
The Augsburg player celebrated his debut as captain of the national team in the Nations League opener in Linz against Israel.
However, after 36 minutes, his appearance ended in a particularly bitter manner. Just a few minutes earlier, the 31-year-old had unluckily twisted his ankle and initially tried to continue playing.
Ultimately, Gregoritsch could not continue. He sat down on the pitch, and LASK striker Sasa Kalajdzic came on for him.
